廖俊波作为时代楷模，其家风建设以忠诚爱国、廉洁自律、勤勉敬业、崇德向善为核心，融合传统美德与中国共产党人品格。廖俊波家风中“严管与温情并存的家教”“移孝作忠的忠孝观”“仁爱处世的准则”“勤廉坚守的传承”等具体表现，揭示其在新时代的四重价值：为党员干部构筑“家庭防腐墙”、以家风涵养政德推动党风清正、为基层治理注入“仁爱”智慧、传承红色家风树立德行标杆。此外，其对党员领导干部建设良好家风的一些启示，旨在通过挖掘其精神内核，引导全社会树立正确的家庭观、道德观与价值观，使良好家风成为推动社会进步的重要力量。

As a model of the times, Liao Junbo's family tradition construction is centered on loyalty to the country, integrity and self-discipline, diligence and dedication, and virtue and kindness, integrating traditional virtues with the qualities of a Communist Party member. This article analyzes the specific manifestations of his family tradition, such as “strict discipline and warmth coexisting in family education”, “the concept of filial piety leading to loyalty”, “the principle of benevolent conduct”, and “the inheritance of diligence and integrity”, revealing its fourfold value in the new era: building a “family anti-corruption wall” for Party members and cadres, promoting upright Party conduct through family tradition to cultivate political integrity, injecting “benevolent wisdom” into grassroots governance, and passing on the red family tradition to set a moral benchmark. The article also explores some implications for Party members and leading cadres in building a good family tradition, aiming to guide the whole society to establish correct family values, moral values, and values through the exploration of its spiritual core, and make good family traditions an important force for social progress.
